ok i no for some of you storage is not a problem, but sometimes u have something that needs a lil privicy so i am gonna give u one of the best ideas i use (i did not come up with it stole it from another site but will pass the info on)

take 1inch or what ever size u want pvc and get two caps (one for each end) glue on cap on and leave one unglued, paint to match your frame and then take a old bike tube or something rubber and mount with zip ties to the bottom of your frame rail or by the kick stand that its out of sight.

works perfect and is water tight and only u no its there so no 1 can go looking thru your stuff and steal the goods

Sounds more convenient then the way they hid the money in "Easy Rider".

Actually sounds cool. I don't have locking saddle bags.
