I saw this on ebay. 1981 Suzuki GN400. What the hell were they thinking?

Starting bid on this gem is $1100.

"This is a GREAT Cafe Racer/Chopper/Bobber. The bike is currently set up as a cafe racer, but could easily be converted to a bobber. Starts FIRST kick NO Problem! This bike has been modified, everything that doesn't make it GO has been taken off, and this bike GOES!! It has a side mount license plate, headlight and taillight-simple, attractive and QUICK. No Gauges, no cluster. It is a 1981 GN400 engine and frame, it has custom megaphone, heat wrapped exhaust and is LOUD. Don't let the 400 fool you, this is no beginner bike. This machine bucks like a champ and shifts like a dream. BRAND NEW TIRES AND BRAKES. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER DEAL FOR A MECHANICALLY SOUND, CUSTOMIZED BIKE. NO WORK, JUST HOP ON AND GO!!! ORIGINAL OWNERS MANUAL INCLUDED. E-mail with any questions. **Mileage is just an estimate, there are no gauges to confirm. "

I think I want a recliner for my garage, too.

Does it not strike you how some folks selling their bikes often think they’re completion level, or even fast, (not for beginners, bucks like a champ)? It’s a stock GN, stripped of a few parts, with a lousy handcrafted tailpiece and perhaps a straight pipe. wtf!  Huh?

maybe by ''bucks like a champ'' he was comparing it to those little coin fet kids rids out side of kmarts in the 90's cause thats what that "cafe'' looks like.

and sure its easy to change to a bobber, same as any bike, CUT THE BACK OF THE FRAME OFF!!! haha
