Wow, look at this one. I wonder what the story is. Those kids sitting on that flattened bike. The guys in the back look like toughs. Maybe a mobster was run over while riding that thing - mobsters were admired by kids as heroes in their neighborhoods, right?

Now look here, kid...you sit on that bike and look all sad-like so the people can see what the coppers did to Louie the lump... SEE?

Those are the standard "winter" windshield aprons right out of the HD accessories catalog.
