I noticed that one of the blogs I read (Lowbrow Customs) has a tech tips section for bobber and chopper builders. I thought this outfit was mostly Triumph focused but a lot of the areas seem fairly universal, some rudimentary. There’s narrative and photos for each area. Knowing we have a couple members working on projects, I thought I’d toss the link in on the Tech Board.

Here’s a list of some of the sections in the DIY Tech Tips Section.

•   Cloth Wiring Tips
•   Custom-Built Exhaust Pipes How-To
•   Custom-Built Exhaust Pipes on a Triumph
•   How To Install A Solo Seat
•   Exhaust tips
•   How to Shorten Triumph / British Forks
•   How To Narrow a Motorcycle Gas Tank
•   How to Radius a Motorcycle Fender
•   Marking your throttle cable fit your Amal Carb
•   How to Install a Chopper Oil Tank
•   Tapered Roller Bearing Conversion
•   How to Install a Tapered Roller Bearing Conversion Kit
•   Clutch Tech – The Triumph Cush Drive
•   How to Shorten a Motorcycle Chain
•   Custom Motorcycle Fork Stops
•   How to install Exhaust Wrap

And more go check it out.
