Been lurking and checking out the picture threads. Nice work guys. Some really cool bike pictures.

We just started riding about 6 months ago. I was more of a boat guy. After we got the kids grown my wife is actually the one that wanted a bike. I agreed to take the safety class with her and I got the bug.

I have had the bike about six months and put over 6,000 miles on it. We ride almost every weekend.

Anyone going to the "Run to the Heartland" in Sebring this weekend. This might be the first event we go to. We have been riding mostly just us and haven't done any organized rides or events.

Hello danh and welcome! Glad to hear you got the bug.

Sorry, I can’t make that event in Sebring, but it looks pretty good from the website I just visited. Those small events seem to be popping up all over the place here in Florida.

Welcome to the forum Danh. Can't make Sebring because of Work Sat. and a benefit ride on Sun. Countdown till Biketoberfest has begun.

This is mine. It's a Honda Shadow Aero 750. So far I love it. Not that I have been on that many bikes but it's been great to ride. Maybe at some point I will get a bigger bike but for now this one works.

My wife started on a 650 Suzuki S40. She wanted a small bike to get started. She was suppose to keep the small bike for a year, but traded up the other day.
Now she has a Honda Shadow Spirit 750

Thanks

We went up to the Run to The Heartland in Sebring this weekend. Had a good time. The weather was nice. Cool in the morning and just a little hot right in the middle of the day. They had it set up nice around the circle in downtown Sebring.

We did the Poker run. It was fun (except for the love bugs). I am as bad at poker on a motorcycle as I am at the real game.
