I have a 95 Intruder that has lost it's hyd. pressure in the clutch line. I have tried to bleed the system a couple of times but have been unable to get the air out of the line. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Any fluid leaks any where?

You probably need to rebuild the master or slave cylinder (or both).

I have no idea about Zuke's but in my Honda's in the bottom of the m/c is a tiny weep hole that allows for air to return.  When activating the clutch with the cover off every so often you will see a small bubble escape.  If you don't see this bubble there is a chance this hole has become clogged.  All you need is something very thin and about 4 inches long to run in and out of there a few times.  When I say thin, I think a sewing needle is too thick.  I usually take some 12 gauge wire and strip the sheathing off.  I then carefully unwind and remove a length of copper wire and use that.  You don't want the m/c full here either.  I don't see why it would be any different with the Zuke's and it's worth a try before rebuilds.

No fluid leaks anywhere. This bike is supposed to be notorious for getting air in the line and being very difficult to get out I have learned.
