We rode in this one yesterday. I can't say enough good things about the crew that organized this one. It was probably one of the best run events of any kind I have ever seen.

We had about a 45 minute ride over to the starting point. They started the ride at the South Florida Fair Grounds. Perfect place. Huge parking lot and it was full of bikes. There had to be over 2000 bikes. The volunteers where flagging us right into a staging. It was very organized. There were a few vendors there and bathrooms. We milled around for awhile looking at all the bikes.

They started out right at noon. It's pretty cool to hear a couple thousand bikes start up! It was an escorted ride by the PB county sheriff motorcycles. All the intersections were closed and lots of people on the side walk like a parade. Nice safe orderly ride.

We got to the park it it was really nice. There were Marines there collecting the toys. I think the must have filled up 5 or more of those big military trucks with toys.

Good food, good music good cause. Again the crew did great with the food. It was $5 all you can eat BBQ.

We will do this one every year we had a great time.

I was a little worried about doing one of these charity rides again. The first one we did was for a good cause, but it was a bit unorganized. I really didn’t feel completely safe. This event showed that you can organize these rides and do it right.

Only got one or two pictures with my phone we got more with the camera. I will throw those up later.

We were behind this chopper. It was a real head turner. The thing was huge. The gas tank was about chest high. It dwarfs my shadow parked behind it. Believe me he turned some heads on the ride. You could see the reactions and all the people pointing when he went by.

Staging area. Newspaper said there was about 2500 bikes. You really couldn't get a picture of all the lines from the ground.

My lovely wife and her bike.

Us with Santa. I think I have the jolly belly down better then that Santa.

Metal Raindeer.

You really have to see them up close to realize how cool these horses are.

And finally the reason we were all there. The Marines loading up the toys into the trucks. One truck of many.

This Sunday.

We are going again this year. I would have to say this is the best event we attended last year.

We are going to this for sure instead of going to the races. I live west of WPB, so I will be coming east on SR80(Southern Blvd). We are going to be at the fairgrounds at least an hour early. If you get there late and get stuck in back of the line parking is tougher on the other end. You get better parking and quicker access to the food if you are in front of the line.

They have bathrooms and vendors at the starting point. Not bad to get there early. There is about 2000+ motorcycles to walk around at look at and talk to riders.
