That's a long way from a magna. Grin

Jamie they had a black Vaquero up at ARS in Okeechobee. It's a nice looking bike, but I think a guy was really interested in it while I was there. It might be gone.

I used up my bike buying power on the ST1300.   Grin  I had a deal on a Vaqureo up there, same price, 9% higher interest and a $110 more a month.   Roll Eyes  In the end I am a Honda guy in my heart and there was a world of difference in the attitude and the service of the two different dealers.  The Kawi guy did everything they could to block the deal and the Honda dealer did everything to seal the deal except ride it home for me, including throwing in $30 worth of extra's after the deal was signed and the bike was delivered.    hello2  It is a very different type of bike than I am used too being a cruiser guy but I can see that I will get there very soon with it.  Can't wait to get her back in the mountains in May 2012!!

Dan, I got a call about a Lake O run the weekend after next.  I can't think of anything more boring right now  Grin but I'll get you the details as they come in.

As far as Magna comparison's they both are V4's, they both tach out at 10,000 and have a top speedo reading of 160mph.  Pretty damn close if you ask me.   Grin Grin Grin Grin

Funny how some dealers don't even know how to actually sell something. Grin

That's a nice looking bike. I have been looking at the Honda VT1300 for awhile, but often thought "I bet that ST1300 is rides better".

I will be looking forward to your impressions of the bike.

Funny, I just traded my car for a Honda.

I now have a Honda car, two Honda motorcycles and a Honda lawn mower. I am really thinking of replacing my generator with a Honda before hurricane season.

I think they are going to take my redneck card away.

9% higher interest is just crazy.

June 4 or 5?

We are supposed to be up in Lake Placid that weekend, but keep me posted. Things always change around here.

I gotta admit, that's pretty strong. I am a little surprised you would sell your Magna. You seemed pretty attached to it. But it also seemed to be a breakdown waiting to happen. I think you will do a lot more riding and less fixing on that new bike.
