Had the new bike two weeks and had to take it in for the 600 mile service. No matter, we are having a thunderstorm this afternoon I wouldn't even want to drive the car in.

But I did just hear a bike go by. He better like rain cause looking at the radar there is no where to hide.

I changed direction and went south to Cafe 27 south of south Bay and meet some Florida crew from internet left 4am got home 2pm not a droup.

You were in my neck of the woods. Good thing you got an early start. The weather was really nice early, but got really bad later.

I am not far from South Bay. Cafe 27 is about a 1 hour ride for me.

I have just over 15,000 on my sportster in two years (got it in May 2009), plus about another 4,000 or 5,000 on other bikes over the same period, so I’m averaging just under 10,000 a year in the last two. For the record, that’s a huge increase for me over any other year that I’ve been riding, all the way back to the beginning. Things started getting better when I decided I could leave florida once in awhile.

As of today my 5 week old ST has 4,081 miles on it.  Of course that was helped by the 5 day 2,347 mile trip I just returned from an hour ago.
